What to Expect: Step-By-Step

  • Submit Your Inquiry Form
    If you’re interested in an ADHD evaluation, start by filling out a brief inquiry form. This allows me to understand your needs and ensure this is the right next step for you.

  • Personal Follow-Up & Scheduling
    Once I receive your form, I’ll personally reach out within 1–2 business days to answer any questions and schedule your virtual session. You won’t need to book online yourself — I’ll handle everything.

  • Complete Your Intake Forms
    After we schedule your appointment, you’ll receive a secure intake packet to complete before our session.

  • Warm, Supportive Virtual Session (75 Minutes)
    We’ll meet for a relaxed, collaborative video session where we’ll explore your history, symptoms, strengths, and challenges. There’s no pressure and no judgment — just a conversation about how ADHD may (or may not) be impacting your life.

  • Quick & Easy Screening Tools
    After our session, I’ll send you 3 brief questionnaires to complete online and further assess ADHD symptoms and executive functioning.

  • Receive Your Professional Report
    Within 5 business days, you’ll receive a clear, written report that includes your evaluation results, diagnostic impressions, and personalized recommendations. If you’ve requested a rush report, you’ll receive it within 48 hours.

  • Optional Feedback Session
    If you’d like to discuss your results in more detail, you can schedule a 30-minute feedback session at any time.

FAQ’s

  • Yes. As a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern (RMHCI) in Florida, I am qualified to assess and diagnose ADHD in adults using clinical interviews and validated screening tools. If diagnostic criteria are met, I will provide a written report that includes a formal diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

  • Many medical providers, including primary care physicians and psychiatrists, accept my evaluations to support decisions about medication. Employers may also accept the report for informal accommodations (e.g., adjusted workload, task support), depending on their internal policies.

  • Possibly, but not always. If you need a psychoeducational evaluation for academic accommodations, cognitive/IQ testing (e.g., WAIS) may be required. This type of testing is typically conducted by a licensed psychologist. I can help connect you with a provider if needed.

  • I do not offer cognitive/IQ testing at this time. However, I can help you explore options or refer you to a trusted provider if that’s a necessary part of your process.

  • My services are private pay only. You may request a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your individual plan and whether it covers assessments provided by an LMHC.
